The finishing touch comes from our friends at Rockwell Vermouth in Sonoma County, whose classic sweet vermouth blend delivers its own harmony of sweetness and bitterness, layered with botanicals like Black Mission fig, sarsaparilla, roasted dandelion root, and California sagebrush.
