Vesper Martini

We’re suckers for a spirit-forward cocktail (we’ve said it before and we’ll say it again), and let’s be honest nothing says spirit-forward like a martini. But there’s a catch… Everyone’s got their own way to order one (we see you, Extra dirty, three-olives, shaken bruised people). So instead of picking a side, we went with a style that’s consistent and, truthfully, how we like to drink it. Gin forward, ice-cold, and unapologetically classic. The Vesper leans into a juniper-forward London Dry gin, cut with just a touch of vodka for smoothness, a bitter aperitif for depth and finished with a spritz of lemon. It’s refreshing, a little more complex than your average martini, and exactly the kind of drink we like to start the night with.
